TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Viterra sells only to established retail entities. All sales are final. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
All first time orders will be shipped prepaid. Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted. For repeat orders Net 30 terms will be considered upon credit approval. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee. We reserve the right to charge collection and attorney’s fees of 25% and interest of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on all overdue accounts. All prices are FOB Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Minimum order is $500.00. All opening orders are subject to approval. All items shown are subject to availability. All sizes are approximate.
We ship by UPS ground , FedEx ground, or palletized/truck. Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
DAMAGES / DEFECTIVES
Any claims for shortages, defective goods or other errors must be reported to Viterra within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Any claims for damaged merchandise should be reported immediately to the delivering carrier. You need to save the carton and damaged items for inspection if necessary. The freight carrier is responsible for merchandise damaged during transit. Merchandise returned or refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
